1. Service Description

FounderOS generates AI-powered business intelligence reports based on the startup idea inputs you provide. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on report content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute reports commercially without written consent
• Use automated tools to generate reports at scale

4. Intellectual Property

The FounderOS platform, brand, and underlying software are our property. The report content generated for you belongs to you, subject to the Acceptable Use section above.

5. Disclaimers

Reports are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FounderOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@founderos.cc.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
