Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account data — your email address when you sign up.

Idea inputs — the text you enter when generating a report, stored against your account so you can access it later.

Payment references — Razorpay order and payment IDs only, for reconciliation. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Usage logs — basic server logs for security and performance monitoring.

2. How We Use It

• Deliver your intelligence reports
• Manage your account
• Process payments
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the product via anonymised analytics

3. AI Processing

Your idea inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not opt in to API training.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@founderos.cc.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@founderos.cc.

7. Cookies

We use functional session cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
